Microsoft To Buy Nokia's Mobile Phone and It's Employees


Recently Microsoft confirmed a deal to buy Nokia's mobile phone for $7.6 billion. The deal was announced by Microsoft's chief executive Steve Ballmer: "This is a big bold step forward"

As part of deal for purchasing Nokia's phone and Microsoft has confirmed to transfer around 32,000 Nokia's workers to Microsoft company including CEO Stephan Elop.

The purchase is set to be completed early 2014. While Nokia has struggling against competition from Samsung and Apple.

The company will have full ownership of Nokia's business and devices after purchase. Nokia and Microsoft were friendly on mobile. Nokia use its Mobile's OS as windows. The Microsoft aim is to catchup more business marketing than Apple and Samsung.

Now there is a more chance to grow Microsoft business ASAP. The deal was informed to BBC media.
